Currently, we do not offer a staffed nursery for babies or toddlers. However, we offer social-distancing Bible Study for k4-12.
Gospel Community Fellowship is our church plant in Embu, Kenya.
There are around 200,000 Mbeere or Ambeere people
inhabiting the area.
They speak Kīmbeere language,

Mark grew up in the Sugar Hill Community of McDowell County, North Carolina. He has been married to Crystal Smith Lawing since July 12, 1986. They have two children, a son Jonathan who lives in the home and a daughter Jill who is an oncology nurse. Jill is married to Johnathan Casey of Pauline, South Carolina. Mark and Crystal have 2 step grandsons, Cameron and Ben, and 2 granddaughters Bristol and Joanie. Mark trusted in Jesus Christ for his eternal salvation in December 1988 and was ordained by Sugar Hill Baptist Church in Marion, North Carolina on November 10th, 1991. Mark holds degrees from Fruitland Baptist Bible Institute, Gardner-Webb University, and Luther Rice Seminary. Mark's passion is to help people realize who they can become through Christ by helping them understand who they are in Christ.
Minister of Music
Frank has served 5 churches as Minister of Music since entering the ministry in 1979.
He and his wife Carolyn were married in 1953.
They have a son, Marty, 2 Grandchildren, and 3 Great Grandchildren.
Their oldest son, Guerry, went home to be with the Lord in 2020.
Associate Pastor Discipleship and Missions
Dean grew up in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He has been married to Fran Mixson Kunda since June 5, 2009. They have four children, Josh, Ashlyn, Derek, and Ryan.
Dean asked Jesus into his heart as Savior and Lord in October 1974. He was licensed into the Ministry on June 7. 2020.
Dean graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1988 with a BS Degree in Business. He is currently working on his Masters of Christian Ministry at North Greenville University.
Fran is a Physician and has been practicing Family Medicine since 1985.
Dean’s passion is teaching Gods Word concerning Evangelism, Missions and Discipleship.
